What is Personal Training?
Personal Training consists of a fully qualified fitness professional training and concentrating solely on a client for a short time period (usually 1 hour).
Training sessions can be daily, weekly or monthly depending on the client’s goals.
Personal training was once only ever considered by the rich and famous but it is readily available and hugely popular nowadays. There are many reasons for this.
